About The Founder of The Charisma Academy

MARINA VRADI

A Passionate Voice in Elegance, Etiquette, and Personal Growth

My Story

I’ve always been fascinated by the invisible things that shape how people perceive us.
Not our titles or résumés — but the way we enter a room.
How we greet someone.
How we listen.

As a young woman, I admired icons like Grace Kelly and Audrey Hepburn. Not only for their beauty, but for how they made others feel: respected, calm, seen.
I wanted to understand what made their presence so unforgettable.

And over time — through formal studies in diplomacy, etiquette, and body language across London, Prague, the U.S., Australia, and Russia…
Through years spent in Italy, Spain, Australia, and now Greece…
Through a career working with luxury houses and consulting with high-level clients — I found the answer:

Elegance is not something we are born with. It’s a decision.
It’s a cultivated skill.
A modern language of leadership, cultural intelligence, and personal harmony.

I speak six languages, but presence has always been my most fluent one.

That’s what led me to create The Charisma Academy — a space where I help professionals, women, and young leaders develop the soft skills that elevate everything else:
grace, confidence, poise, etiquette, and authentic connection.

Over time, I realised: this wasn’t just charm.
It was a skill. A choice. A way of living.

And in a world that often feels rushed and loud, this quiet confidence is more powerful than ever.

I created The Charisma Academy to help modern women and professionals rediscover the art of elegance — not as performance, but as presence.

Because true elegance is not about perfection.
It’s not about rigid rules or outdated traditions.
It’s about showing up — in every role life asks of us — with authenticity, intention, and grace.

As a mother, father, a professional, a host, a friend.
As a woman or a man in private relationships.

And no, we are not born knowing how.

Elegance is a soft skill — one we learn, one we choose as a lifestyle.

It’s in how we listen.
How we speak.
How we make others feel seen, safe, and respected.

I believe in elegance with heart.
In etiquette that empowers.
In modern presence that commands a room — quietly, confidently, and without having to raise its voice.

This is what I teach.
This is what I live.

And if you’re ready to step into the most magnetic, grounded version of yourself —
I would be honoured to walk beside you.
